What no templates? Fine with me…
Well, here I am at last!
I've been hunting around for the perfect blogging host, trying the odd one here and there, trying to find one that provides editable templates with lots of flashy looking images and hardly readable text – I did find a few, however I like the restraint that wordpress.com presents. There may not be many templates, but at least everyone is equal, and I can have a glance at someone's blog knowing I will actually be able to read it, not spending half an hour figuring out the very cool, but unfriendly interface.
I'd liken it to musicians being given too many instruments. I don't know how Jimi would have sounded if he divided his guitar time between maracas, penny whistles, and xylophones.
Nothing of excitement to mention, I've been spending an awful lot of time browsing music-for-robots.com – hunting out new tunes, Simian Mobile Disco is highly recommended, dirty blippy electro dance!
